This ratty-looking human wears dingy, simple clothes and carries a few small blades. He walks hunched forward, with his face screwed into a continual grimace. He looks tense, like he could scurry into hiding at any moment.

Bio:

A petty, stupid bully, Squint grew up on the streets of Kestral’s Northshore District. After discovering a natural aptitude for magic, he led a number of small gangs, terrorizing the locals and running afoul of the City Guard. Blessed with an oily charm but limited intellect, Squint was able to fall in with local thugs and assume a leadership position, but never managed to keep them for long, due to poor planning and overly ambitious schemes.

His greatest success came when he teamed up with the hulking Berrick “the Hammer”, but shortly after they formed a gang of muggers and cut-purses, they were contacted by an agent of The Laughing Man. The emissary offered the duo the backing of the guild in exchange for agreeing to some ground rules. Berrick refused and sent the man on his way, but Squint decided to make their stance on the matter clear and sent some of the goons to rough up the emissary. At that point, the Guild started en keeping a close eye on them -and making sure the Guard was in the loop too.

Their partnership came to an abrupt end after they robbed a noble named Conor Damilus; Squint was arrested and Berrick was killed. The sorcerer is currently being held in Folson Prison in the Guardsreach district of Kestral.
