Member of the Jesting Shadows, Altuaris found a young Cyrus Corel as the 15-year-old orphan participated in an underground fighting ring in Northshore. She took the young boy under her wing, introducing him to the Shadows.

She continues to be a contact for Cyrus, his go-between to the Laughing Man himself.
